Vinyled Shoes

My 5 and 6 year old granddaughters wear exactly the same size shoe and both had to have the very same shoe for school. No matter how much I tried to get one of them to get a different shoe or even the same shoe in a different color, it wasn't happening...Grammy to the rescue again, vinyled names on them so they can at least tell them apart!!  TFL

  1. Kim how do u get the vinyl to stay on once the shoes are washed or with just general wear. I would love to do Emma a pair. Thank u for sharing. I just love the shoes.

  2. Thanks for the questions Tam. On these particular shoes, there is a ridge above and below the inset strip where I vinyled the shoes, so that helps protect them. As for washing, I always use outdoor vinyl in my projects. The same vinyl you would use on a car decal so the water doesn't dislodge or affect the vinyl.
