Monster High Party Favors

I decided to get an early start on the party favors for my Grand daughter's 7th Birthday party.  She is so excited.  I was at JoAnn's Fabrics to get some paper and saw these cute little buttons that were half price.  Well I didn't need Christmas presents, but thought this would make some adorable up-cycled party favors to add to Lylli's birhday party.  I knew when cutting these, that the edges would show different colors, but I kind of like the look.  I started out by cutting the turquoise circles at 1 1/2 inches, then I made the coffin with the MH logo in the middle, but I split it so that I could layer the vinyl in the monster high colors of turquoise, pink and black.  I am happy with how they came out.
The Drop Dead Gorgeous logo was a clothing patch and looked adorable so I decided to try and see if I could do it in vinyl.  I cut them at 4 inches to put on the bottom of the Composition notebooks which will also be given to each girl, personalized with their names, School: Ghoul School, and Subject: Monster Glam.
Will post another pic when I get all the personalizations done.  Thanks for looking.  More projects to come as I get them finished.

Monster High Party Theme

So my grand daughter is turning 7 in February and she wanted a Monster High Theme Party.  I searched pinterest and blog after blog for DIY ideas, only to find not much of anything until I came across the Monster High official site...They have EVERYTHING and I mean everything that I needed to make the party a huge success.  You can find the site HERE.  Just click on the "Sweet 1600 Party Pack" and you'll find a great start to a successful party.  They had some really cute downloadables for bracelets and we wanted to see if the girls would be able to do it before deciding on the activities.  I didn't have color ink so I just printed it in grayscale on turquoise paper and it is of course supposed to be tied with elastic but I just what I had on hand (pink floss).  The result was really cute.  This is how it turned out.  TFL

BACK UP & RUNNING!!! :)

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick post to let you know that, while I am still waiting to hear back from Wilton on whether or not I can use their images, I have reopened the store with some of my own personal svgs...some that I had on the other store site, and several new ones that I specifically made just for the store this past week.  I will be adding new files as time permits.  Looking forward to the New Year with all of you!
Thanks again, for your love, support, words of encouragement and friendships.  I appreciate you all so very much!
