Halloween Wreath

This is the finished wreath that I made.  It came out ok, but I really think if I were to do another one, I would definitely put the papers, web an spider towards the back side of the deco mesh rather than on the top side.  That way it would give it more depth and the spider would be laying flat against the wall instead of just hanging out there in space lol..
I started with a metal wreath base and black pipe cleaners (to attach the deco mesh) from the dollar store, then got the deco mesh, assorted halloween printed papers and the felt web all from Hobby Lobby.  If I were home, I would have cut my own web...but it was only 1.29 so pretty affordable.  Mesh, was on sale for 5.59 and the papers were 4 for a dollar so it was a very inexpensive wreath to make  The Spider cost me less than 2 dollars to make so all in all it was about $11.00 to make this wreath...not bad.  Please note this was my first attempt ever at using deco mesh....lol  not as easy as it looks to make the loops uniform, but it was fun to dabble with.  TFL

Beaded Spider

This was my first attempt at making a beaded spider.  It was actually really easy.  This spider is going to eventually be hanging off of a Halloween Wreath.  More pictures to come as I get to making the wreath.  TFL

Happy Hallo-Scream

This is probably one of my favorite new files in the Halloween section.  I saw a sign in a store that just simply said, "Happy Hallo-Scream" and I thought cute, but so plain!  Immediately my brain was reeling with the possibilities of what I could do, so I went home and set to work!  This is the results.  It's a devilish little
child trapped in the crystal ball of an evil, wicked witch.  I love how it turned out!  TFL

Full Moon

I got this file from someone last year, after Halloween, so I hadn't had a chance to use it yet.  For the life of me I can't remember who I got the file from and i didn't write it down.   I feel really bad because I would love to give the person credit, so if it is your file, please let me know so I can credit you.
Anyway, I had a fundraiser that I was involved in and thought I would do this sign.  The file was in a square pattern, So I just used the witch part of the file and retyped the wording so that it would fit on a rectangular sign.  This was the result.  TFL

Made this super simple sign for my daughter's family to go on her front deck.  The sign is 18" x 28" and the ghosts were made by painting their actual foot.  Then I added the lettering and the moon, witch & bats to finish the look.  It turned out pretty good for how quickly it was made.  TFL

Repurposed Child's School Desk Top

I have a friend who works for the school district. One of the desks broke and they were going to throw it away, but my friend knew that I could make something creative out of it so she brought it home to me. Here is the result of what i did with the desktop. It will hang outside my friend's Door for Halloween! The trick or treat border can be found on HeatherM's blog, the witch I think came from CardmkrLeslie's Blog...if not check it out anyway she has lots of great info and cool svg's on her blog as well, and the haunted house is one I made last year for halloween. Font is Addams Capitals. TFL

My Apologies

Wow, life can be so hectic sometimes, and mine has of late! Just wanted to apologize to my followers for not posting since Christmas. Sometimes things (life in general) take precedence over everything else. But I am back and will try to post more often!

I recently did a show at an Air Faire and here are some of the signs that I did for that particular show. Thanks for stopping by and thanks as always for taking the time to look!
